ORDER NOT RECEIVED/DAMAGED
Please contact us as soon as possible to report a non receipt or damaged item and we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the product was damaged in transit, we require documentation/photos. Although, we are not responsible for shipments marked as “delivered” in the tracking info, we can ensure you that we will do our very best to assist you should this issue arise.

We understand that our products may not always meet your expectations.If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to obtain a store credit. For unused product, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Please be advised that the credit/refund will exclude shipping fees.

I’m experiencing a reaction to one of your products, aren’t they supposed to be natural?
Our products are made with plant-based, non-GMO and organic ingredients, but that does not equate to allergen free. Some people are allergic to plant extracts and may receive reactions to it at anytime. If you are experiencing a reaction, discontinue use immediately and see your healthcare provider if symptoms persist.
